“ We picked up takeout while traveling to the Smoky Mountains. It was pretty small inside, but a friendly atmosphere. They have you ring a bell on your way out if you enjoyed the food. They got our food ready really quickly. We got the brisket, it was juicy, tender, and well seasoned. We had extra and heated it up the next day and it was still really good. We got the beans and coleslaw for the sides. The coleslaw was really good. The beans had a mixture of different types of beans, but it was not as sweet as the canned kind from the store. It tasted more like a BBQ sauce base. ”

Boss Hogg is doin it the right way, letting the smoke do the talking and allowing his customers decide how much to sauce. And btw, the Carolina Mustard sauce is crazy. On anything! ”
